Day & Night: Part 2 - New York, NY Lifestyle Photographer

Time to step out of my comfort zone and push my creativity to new levels!
This was a personal challenge to understand and use light in a way I've never used it before. A racy outfit and good use of the surrounding elements pull it all together for the look of the Night.

Sexy, Bold and Edgy ...

Day & Night: Part 1 - New York, NY Lifestyle Photographer

Here is Part 1 of a two part post ...

This was a fun day! Well, all shoots are really fun, but this particular day was pretty great because this shoot was about exploring my "creative vision". I love the process of dreaming up shoots in my mind, styling them and bringing them to life. It's like, the highest form of creative freedom!

Meet Veronica ...

Veronica is getting ready to start submitting to a few commercial and talent agencies in New York and needed new headshots to begin the process.

One of the most rewarding things about being a photographer to me is not only making everyone look and feel good, but its also being able to actively help those in pursuit of their dreams.

Good Luck Veronica!

Love Affair with Sun Flare - New York, NY Lifestyle Photographer

I love sun flares!

Some photographers would argue that "sun flare" or "lens flare" ruins a perfectly good picture, and there are others who can appreciate its dramatic effect.  Different lenses produce different types of flares varying from super bright to barely there sparkles. Its one of those things which sometimes works in a photo and sometimes doesn't. Either way, I think its fun to play with the sun and its rays of light. If you catch it just right, you might be surprised at the end result. I think this is just sensational! Don't you?
